bdok Terms and Conditions

bdok is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdok and registered members of the platform ("member" or "you").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform's services.

bdok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

The minimum age to use bdok's services is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may create an account on this platform or participate in any form of betting or casino activity.

Members must confirm their correct age at the time of registration. bdok may request appropriate documents to verify age at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• The member must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• One person may operate only one account.
• The platform may not be used from locations where it is prohibited by law.
• Persons who are ineligible due to lack of mental capacity or legal restriction may not register as members.

To register with bdok, members must provide accurate and complete personal information. The name, mobile number, email and payment details provided at registration must be truthful and up to date.

3.2 Identity Verification

bdok reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time using a National ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdok account. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone and must be kept confidential at all times.

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Do not log in by clicking links provided by third parties.

Deposits and withdrawals on bdok are processed entirely by digital means. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Available methods for withdrawal are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Processing a request typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the verified account holder.
• Funds earned from a bonus may not be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

bdok runs various promotional offers available to members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and compliance with them is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To make the bonus funds usable, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

bdok runs the following promotions:

• bdok Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% of weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• bdok Slot Festival Bonus: 75% of deposits, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x, usable on slots only, minimum deposit ৳200.
• bdok Friday Reload Offer: 30% every Friday, up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• bdok Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,000 reward in the month of the registered birthday, wagering 10x.
• bdok Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral, wagering 8x.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, bdok reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

bdok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated on the net amount obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. bdok reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time, and such changes will be notified in advance.

All gaming activity on bdok must be conducted fairly and within the set rules. Members are required to observe the following when playing games:

• Each game must be played in accordance with its own rules.
• No fraudulent tactics or software may be used.
• Exploiting any system error or bug to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or gain an unfair advantage in games is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdok platform. If these prohibitions are violated, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

• Using bots, scripts or automation software to operate games.
• Attempting to access another member's account or attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Creating a false identity or falsifying information in order to obtain bonuses.
• Fraudulently claiming payment chargebacks.
• Harassing or threatening other members of the platform.
• Any activity that violates the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.

bdok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• If a directive is received from a law enforcement agency.

A member may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance remaining will be refunded, but bonuses with no wagering requirement will be forfeited.

bdok makes every effort to operate its services reliably. However, bdok will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• Disruption to games or transactions due to internet connectivity issues or third-party technical failures.
• If account security is compromised due to a member's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• If game outcomes do not meet a member's expectations.

Under no circumstances will bdok's total liability exceed the actual balance in the relevant member's account.
